People-Centric: The Foundation for Sustainable Development
The “people-centric” strategy is not just a slogan but a sustainable development strategy. It is reflected in placing the needs, aspirations, and development of employees at the forefront, creating a positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. This includes investing in training and skill development, as well as establishing a fair and competitive reward system. At NESTA, investing in training and developing both knowledge and skills for internal personnel, especially new employees, is a top priority and is gradually becoming a regular activity. NESTA recognizes that training not only helps employees enhance their professional capabilities and soft skills but also fosters a positive working environment that encourages competition and growth.
At NESTA, Training = Theory + Practice
Training at NESTA consists not only of sharing sessions and office training but also practical experiences in interior space and solutions at leading reputable suppliers in Vietnam, such as An Cuong, Blum, and Hafele.
With An Cuong, there is a direct exchange with the Business Management level, as well as the opportunity to experience a space of nearly 3,500 square meters, showcasing all wood material solutions in interior design, with spaces and materials updated to the latest trends.
With the high-end kitchen accessory brand from Austria, Blum, NESTA’s personnel had the chance to tour a showroom reflecting European quality. Hinge solutions, lift systems, and runner systems with optional motion technologies for soft and effortless opening and closing, along with smart storage systems, provide an excellent user experience, becoming an important solution offered to customers. The hands-on experience of arranging different modules in the kitchen provided diverse perspectives and a fresh experience for each participating member.
Hafele is a global brand with a diverse ecosystem, known for project and smart home device solutions, including kitchen equipment and cabinet accessories. Each team at NESTA was introduced to Hafele’s trained specialists, who presented not only cabinet accessories but also products such as door locks, handles, and lighting fixtures, expanding a rich variety of choices for customers in designing living spaces.
New employees exchanged detailed questions with team leaders to clarify their doubts, promoting interaction among members and creating a proactive and positive learning atmosphere. After practical sessions at the suppliers, employees continue to have hands-on experiences at NESTA’s factory, from the machinery systems to the processes involved in creating specific products.
