As NESTA continues to grow, our focus extends beyond production capabilities, interior fit-out, and market expansion — we also prioritize people and internal culture. A strong business is not only built on reputation and quality, but also on deep connections between departments and between leaders and employees — connections shaped from within by our culture of “no distance.”

Unlike regular office meetings, the recent “Improving Workflow Efficiency” Workshop was held in a spacious, nature-inspired café setting at Ecopark. This open, relaxed environment encouraged honest sharing and collaborative contribution from all participants.

During the workshop, the Executive Board and department representatives at NESTA:
- Presented current and ongoing workflows
- Shared real data to demonstrate effectiveness
- Proposed practical improvements for near-future implementation
A unique highlight of this session was the role of two new NESTA members as workshop hosts — confidently presenting ideas to improve processes actively used by the team every day. This reflects our commitment to cultivating an open space where all NESTA people — from senior leaders to new joiners — can speak up, exchange perspectives, and offer actionable solutions to everyday challenges.

The success of this first workshop sets the foundation for a continuous improvement journey:
- Quarterly workshops held in inspiring, non-office spaces
- Close tracking of proposed workflow optimizations
- Ongoing submission of new ideas in management and operations
More than just a process optimization session, this workshop embodied NESTA’s “no distance” culture and Kaizen spirit — where collective listening, sharing, and action drive sustainable, creative progress. It’s how we build a work environment where every individual’s talent and contributions are empowered to shine.
