In Q2/2025, NESTA successfully completed and handed over the interior contract for the Back-of-House (BOH) operational office area of the Six-Star Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi — a world-class landmark project developed by BRG Group. The hotel is located at 22–32 Le Thai To Street, Hang Trong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, right by Hoan Kiem Lake.
As part of the package, NESTA completed and delivered the following interior components:
- Loose and built-in furniture for the BOH area;
- Furniture for technical zones;
- Standard and Fireproof wooden door systems, certified in accordance with the investor’s technical requirements.
Project duration: 100 days.
Although the BOH is just one component of the large-scale development, all construction items were required to meet stringent technical and aesthetic standards, while also ensuring occupational safety and product consistency — in line with the hotel’s six-star positioning.
