NESTA Interior Contractor is pleased to officially announce our successful bid for the Fireproof main doors and Room doors package at The Sola Park – Imperia Smart City, one of the most prestigious smart urban areas in Hanoi, developed by MIK Group Investor.
The Sola Park marks the second phase of the Imperia Smart City project – a premium apartment complex located within the mega-urban area Vinhomes Smart City (Tay Mo – Dai Mo, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi). Covering a total area of 2.33 hectares, the project enjoys a prime location with easy access to major roads, offering convenience and seamless connectivity for residents.
The development comprises five high-rise towers ranging from 35 to 39 floors: G1 – The Garden, G2 – The Aqua, G3 – The Metro, G4 – The Avenue, G5 – The Sky. As part of the project scope, NESTA is responsible for the supply and installation of Fireproof doors and Room doors in key areas, including the basements of Towers G1, G2, and G3, as well as the entirety of Tower G1.
