What is HORENSO?
HORENSO is a renowned Japanese teamwork method, based on three core principles:
- HO - "Houkoku" (Reporting)
- REN - "Renraku" (Communication)
- SO - "Soudan" (Consultation)
By strictly adhering to these principles, individuals and teams ensure that information is conveyed promptly, accurately, and completely, thereby improving work efficiency and minimizing operational risks.
The Importance of HORENSO at NESTA
At NESTA, HORENSO is highly emphasized as it forms the foundation for building a professional, transparent, and supportive workplace. HORENSO encourages individuals to be more proactive in their tasks and strengthens interdepartmental communication and collaboration. Adopting HORENSO helps nurture an organizational culture built on trust, respect, and cooperation.

- Apply the principles effectively in daily work, improving reporting, communication, and collaboration.
- Contribute to creating a cohesive, professional, and sustainable working environment, supporting NESTA’s shared development goals.
