NESTA is making significant strides in the luxury hospitality sector by delivering an array of fully furnished condotel and shoptel units at the first 5-star hot spring resort complex in Northern Vietnam. The concept, originally envisioned by Zoo Studio—a renowned multinational interior design firm responsible for numerous 5-star projects such as: Mercure Phu Quoc Resort, The Secret Con Dao Resort, Apec Mandala Wyndham Phu Yen, and Movempick Resort Cam Ranh—aims to bring the cultural essence of Japan to the mineral-rich heartland, Phu Tho, the ancestral land of Vietnam.
Since 2022, NESTA has been collaborating with Onsen Fuji to undertake construction and install interiors for hundreds of condotel and shoptel units in various styles, ranging from Vietnamese and Japanese to contemporary designs.
For the Deluxe and Premium Family condotel units, NESTA has masterfully brought to life the traditional Japanese design ethos, emphasizing simplicity, elegance, and emotional experience. Features such as Shoji doors, tea tables, and other elements evoke a meditative ambiance, allowing guests to immerse themselves in tranquility and serenity.
The Family Suite and Resident Suite units embody a luxurious retreat spirit through the meticulous selection of natural wood and premium upholstered materials. NESTA’s careful craftsmanship ensures that the wooden elements harmonize with the distinctive hot spring environment. Japanese Zen philosophy serves as the primary design inspiration, with balanced interior arrangements, optimal use of natural light, and a palette of neutral colors like white, gray, wood brown, and green, creating a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
By paying attention to every detail and utilizing domestic natural wood and stone materials, NESTA, alongside investor Onsen Fuji, is defining a unique identity for Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thủy. This approach underscores a commitment to luxurious, high-class resort experiences that remain friendly and harmonious with nature while honoring traditional values and fostering sustainable, long-term leisure opportunities.
