Following a series of successful strategic projects with Sunshine Group, NESTA is proud to continue being chosen as the interior contractor for Sunshine Sky City – one of the most premium mixed-use developments comprising commercial, service and residential components in Southern Saigon.
Established in 2016, Sunshine Group has quickly strengthened its position as one of Vietnam’s leading real estate corporations, with a portfolio of large-scale projects in prime locations across major cities and provinces including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. Being entrusted once again by Sunshine Group with the interior package for Sunshine Sky City is not only an honor for NESTA but also a meaningful recognition of the capabilities, quality and reputation that we have continuously built over the years.
Sunshine Sky City is the first riverside “4.0 hotel-standard” commercial, service and residential complex in Southern Saigon, with a total area of 42,548.8 m², consisting of 9 residential towers ranging from 26 to 38 floors.
The project enjoys a prime location in Southern Saigon, adjacent to Phu My Hung and close to major transportation routes connecting conveniently to the city center and neighboring provinces. Residents of Sunshine Sky City will also benefit from a comprehensive ecosystem of existing amenities, including leading international hospitals, schools and premium entertainment facilities, aligned with the developer’s vision of creating a smart and modern living standard.
At Sunshine Sky City, NESTA won the bid for the package covering the Supply and installation of apartment entrance doors, interior doors, bathroom doors, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets, with a total volume of 2,139 door sets and 1,183 cabinet sets.
The scale of this package requires strong capabilities in manufacturing, supply chain management and construction coordination at a high level – presenting both a challenge and an opportunity for the NESTA team to further demonstrate our long-standing experience and continuous efforts in the project interior industry.
Having previously partnered with Sunshine Group on a number of major projects including Sunshine Group Headquarters, Sunshine Diamond River, Sunshine Center and Sunshine Riverside, each project has represented an important milestone and valuable learning experience for NESTA’s growth and development.
