The Mandala Cham Bay Mui Ne project is located along the golden road along Mui Ne Beach in Phan Thiet City. The project embodies a unique Cham Pa architecture, originating from ideas by top interior design firms in Vietnam and the world, as a lush oasis amidst the sunlit coastal region.
Mandala, a geometric symbol often in the shape of a circle, is widely used in religions such as Buddhism and Hinduism, representing the universe, perfection, and the connection between humans and the world around them. The project recreates East Asian culture across 4.5 hectares, offering over 2,900 sea-facing apartments designed in four distinct Buddhist architectural styles, providing unique visual impressions akin to a gentle embrace that heals and nurtures mind, body, and soul.

NESTA is the decor contractor for 2,800 apartments, including Premium apartments with unique styles inspired by characteristic Buddhist cultural elements. The Diamond building reflects Vietnamese Buddhism, while the Ruby tower stands out with deep shades characteristic of Chinese culture. The Sapphire tower symbolizes Tibetan Buddhism with its dominant red tone, complemented by lungta flag motifs conveying messages of peace and freedom. Particularly, the Marble building is designed to be closely tied to Bhutanese cultural architecture, creating a unique living space that brings a sense of peace and happiness.

NESTA’s project management team has fully met the high demands of investors in terms of quality and progress in every category. The level of finishing is high, combining different materials: various woods, imported headboard fabrics, and decorative items reflecting the unique style of each country, with meticulous attention to detail in each decorative item, both built-ins and loose furniture, providing a luxurious experience for each space.
