NESTA continues to affirm our capability in implementing large-scale interior packages as we were selected to supply and install the WPC door system for the Gem Park Hai Phong apartment. This high-end apartment building project is developed by N.H.O as the investor, and Handong E&C as the main contractor, located at 2A Hong Bang Street, So Dau Ward, Hai Phong city, Vietnam.
Inspired by modern French and American architecture as well as the Korean green living trend, Gem Park offers a premium “Hi LIFE” living space that harmoniously blends nature and modern amenities.
The project consists of 4 blocks, including 2 buildings with 21 floors and 2 buildings with 36 floors, providing approximately 1,500 apartments. Highlighted by 50% of the area dedicated to greenery and community amenities, Gem Park features an internal park, viewpoint hill, water features, children’s playground, sports courts, and a system of high-class amenities right in the heart of the vibrant port city.
For large-scale residential developments, the door system is not merely a functional component but also a key factor influencing aesthetics, durability, and the overall resident experience. Therefore, the ability to manufacture, supply, and install door systems consistently and efficiently is a critical requirement that investors and main contractors place on interior contractors.
With extensive experience delivering interior packages for projects nationwide, NESTA was entrusted by the main contractor to execute the WPC door package for Gem Park Hai Phong. The scope includes meeting stringent requirements for product quality, supply schedule, and on-site installation, with a total volume of up to 5,600 door sets. This is a large volume of work that demands stable production capacity, a rigorous quality management system, and efficient resource coordination throughout the project implementation process.
WPC doors (Wood Plastic Composite) are widely applied in apartment, hotel, and commercial projects thanks to many outstanding advantages such as moisture resistance, anti-warping properties, high durability, and stability during use. At the same time, WPC material also well satisfies aesthetic requirements and long-term operational efficiency for the building. All products are manufactured by NESTA according to strict quality control before being transported and installed directly at the construction site.
With large scale and high requirements for finishing quality, Gem Park Hai Phong is expected to become one of the prominent apartment projects in the region. Participation in this project continues to expand NESTA’s footprint in the interior market for apartment real estate in Northern Vietnam.
