As part of our ongoing journey to enhance and standardize internal operational capacity, NESTA consistently upholds the strategy of “putting people at the center.” The “Interior Materials” training session, held on June 14, is a standout initiative within the company’s regular internal training series. The program aims to equip employees with practical knowledge of materials and their application in interior construction.

Training Objectives
The course was designed around two core objectives:
- To update knowledge on popular interior materials currently used in the market—especially in hospitality, residential, and office projects.
- To propose appropriate material solutions for different types of spaces, ensuring a balanced approach in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and budget.

With in-depth expertise and hands-on experience, Mr. Phan Van Vuong – NESTA’s Production Manager, who has worked extensively with all kinds of interior materials across large-scale projects from 200 to 1,000 units, both domestically and for export, personally led the session. His presentation was paired with real material samples, helping participants absorb the content with clarity and ease.

In addition to core teams in production and design, the training also welcomed participants from sales, office administration, and operations. All attendees engaged enthusiastically, fostering a collaborative and open learning atmosphere in line with the spirit of “learn together – understand together – grow together.”
Internal training – A foundation for sustainable people development

This “Interior Materials” course is a clear example of NESTA’s strong commitment to people development. At NESTA, we believe that only when our team is fully equipped with industry knowledge can we deliver products and services that are truly distinctive and exceptional in value.

In the near future, NESTA will continue expanding training programs focused on both technical expertise and process optimization. Our goal is to build a workforce that not only masters their specialties but also thoroughly understands the entire value chain they contribute to.
